    Sasha is a free agent, we will resign him, we need to trade Radmanovic for another guard or power forward, and sign Artest for the full MLE, were stuck with Walton because of his contract but with Odom, Artest and Ariza at small forward he won't play much. With Bynum in the middle and Gasol at his natural PF spot we will be better next year.

    I would like it if the Lakers could trade Mihm and Walton for Nocioni! Artest might not opt out, but is Artest the kind of crazy the Lakers need?

    Re: Laker players

    Mihm has a (TR)  cant trade him

    Odom, Walton, Vlad are our 1st option trading chips

    then Ronny, Sasha, Farmar, Fisher,  2ndly

    i say Odom, walton , Vlad  to Detroit for prince & Mcdyss/Amir Johnson n fillers

    Dumars is lookin to shake things up we're lookin for a defensive 3 who can shoot

    or Marion, MIA needs talent , Odom expires in 2 years allowing to dip into free agency and how fitting would it be for Marion to eliminate PHX with LA after how they treated him in PHX ?

    Odom, Walton, Vlad($22m) -> Miami

    Marion, Blount ($22m) -> Sacramento

    Brad Miller , Artest($17m) -> Los Angeles

    Miami needs talent , Odom's contract is up in 10/11 (the big FA market)  , Vlad gives them streaky outside shooting

    Sacramento gets a bonafide all-star SF to pair with Kevin Martin and a Utility big man in Blount

    Los Angeles gets a utility big man off the bench who can run the high post and do some dirty work and a defensive minded SF

    Re: Laker players

    They were saying that they have to first look at how Bynum plays with Gasol to make any decisions! They also want to make Odom come off the bench and let him play the last year of his contract! Last year to show and prove so after that he would be off the books!

    Re: Laker players

    i wouldnt mind seeing Odom come off the bench

    Fisher

    Bryant

    Ariza

    Gasol

    Bynum

    2nd unit

    Farmar

    Vujacic

    Odom

    Turiaf

    Mihm

    though we would need to clear our logjam at SF Ariza/Odom/Walton/Radmanovic is too many SF's  not to mention Kobe and Vujacic swing to that position from time to time

    I think that We should keep sasha and ronny because it would be stupid to get rid of them when they both played better than ever this season.

    We should trade Odom for Artest

    Just get rid of Luke and Vladi all together because those guys aren't playing like they are NBA stars

    and get a STRONGER CENTER! I know we will have Bynum back next year, but if he gets hurt again (which I will pray not to happen) will Pau replace him? Uh, yeah right, Pau is too small. If I were Phil I would tell him to gain 20 pound before training camp starts because he can get taken down no problem on the court against a guy like.... oh i dont know.... KG!

    Re: Laker players

    If your going to comment on what the Lakers should do, at least learn the rules they have to abide by. First thing, you can't trade Odom for Artest, the salary's have to match by no less than 90%. Odom makes 14 million, Artest makes 7.2 Million THAT WONT WORK !!!, and your idea of just getting rid of Walton and Rad Man ???? HOW, they have long bad contracts and you would have to trade them for contracts of the same value. As for your contention that were week at center??? Wh have the BEST up and coming center in Bynum, we have Chris Mihm who is now healed up and who before his injury was avg. over 10 points per game and we have Mbenga at 7 ft PlUS we have gasol to play there again out of position if need be. Were set at center WE NEED another point guard, hopefully someone a little bigger and taller tom k

    Re: Laker players

    Odom(13)/Walton(4)  = 17mil -> Miami

    Miami gets warm bodies to replace their D-league roster Odom and Beasly can man the forward spots

    Marion(16) = 16mil -> Sacramento

    Sacramento gets a defensive player with less the headeache/drama + a more efficient SF  and makes room for Mikki Moore/Spencer Hawes and their draft pick

    Miller(10)/Artest(7) =  17mil -> Los Angeles

    LA gets their defensive SF and a back up big man to play the high post if needed, also he isnt afraid to do the dirty work.  anyone who can keep playing after taking a swing from Shaq is pretty tough to me
