***The Official 2009 Lottery Standings Watch***

Since they the Wolves will not only just suck, but also be boring to watch now... might as well start looking forward to how the Wolves FO will F up the 2009 draft.

My guess; we get the first over-all selection, then pass up Ricky Rubio to draft yet another 7ft Euro-stiff.

Or they actually select Rubio ...only to trade him for some 7ft Euro-stiff.

Boring? I think this team will be more fun to watch than it would have been with Mayo on it. I like the lineup, to be honest. Love and Big Al fighting for boards and points down low. Miller spotting up outside at SG and keeping people honest, Foye driving the lane, and Brewer at SF running around like a crazy man.

Sounds like fun to me. I think fans will be excited about this incarnation of the Wolves. Love and Miller are likeable guys and will soon become fan favorites. Mayo comes off like a selfish punk, and I think he'd be better served playing for a big market team, rather than MN or Memphis.

I wanted Mayo in the draft, but I've always had a bad feeling about him as a player. My gut tells me this we're going to look back at this as the best trade McHale has ever made.
