The only team that would likely do this deal is LA.  Sacramanto wants to shed salary or at least get back some decent talent in any Artest deal, this deal does neither, it actually adds to their payroll problems with 2 more big contracts.  Indy gets rid of Tinsley which is a plus but bringing back Walton and Williams won't really do anything for that team and I'm not sure they want to get rid of Foster.

Lakers don't need a center! They need a defender and artest and point guard1

     LA Gives:

    Lamar Odom

    Luke Walton

    Vladimir Radmonovic

    Chicago Gives:

    Drew Gooden

    Kirk Hinrich

    Sacaramento Gives:

    Ron Artest

    Shelden Williams

    Francisco Garcia

    La Gets:

    Francisco Garcia

    Drew Gooden

    Kirk Hinrich

    Ron Artest

    Chicago Gets:

    vladimir Radmonovic

    Luke Walton

    Shelden Williams

    SAcaramento Gets:

    Lamar Odom

This helps every team because Sacramento wasted a pick and need a forward to replace bibby and artest (lamar odom). LA Needs a point and they don't have to give up a big time player, they just have to waive Garcia and get a post and defender to replace ronny (gooden) and odom (gooden) You get a underrated point (hinrich) and defender, slasher and shooter and mostly yough (artest) Chicago get the tail of the deal because they need to recreate on their frount court.

What dream world do you guys live in that Ramonovic and Walton have any value, let alone enough value that the Bulls would give up Hinrich and Gooden for them.  You've constructed a trade where LA gets 4 of the top 5 players in the deal, how does that seem remotely fair to any of the other teams?

Wow! I know the Lakers got Gasol for trash, but there's no way they're getting Artest and Foster for Luke and Radman.
