It sort of looks like they've spent it in the exact same fashion, no?
Richardson, supposed to be the franchise player and perimeter scorer = Monta Ellis
Dunleavy, supposed to be the versatile forward and wingman = Corey Maggette
Murphy, supposed to be the versatile bruiser down low = Andris Biedrins
The different this year, though, ...

This Zach Randolph thing sort of took a life of it's own and I went on a diatribe over at Golden State of Mind .. and yes, I've decided I would trade Harrinton, Belinelli, and Perovic for Zach Freaking Randolph.
Ellis / Williams / Watson
Jackson / Azubuike / Morrow
Maggette / Randolph
Randolph / Wright / Hendrix
Biedrins / Turiaf / ...

The Warriors now have 15 guys on their roster, but Summer League studs CJ Watson and Anthony Morrow don't have guaranteed deals. The depth chart currently looks like this:
Ellis / Williams / Watson
Jackson / Azubuike / Belinelli / Morrow
Maggette / Randolph
Harrington / Wright / Hendrix
Biedrins / Turiaf / Perovic

I think Monta is definitely a scorer first, but I don't think he'll go one-on-five like you say. He's a smarter player than people give him credit for - he knows how to find the angles needed to make the passes he'll need to make ..

Currently, the team has some nice assets that they can move and a good collection of youth as well, but what should the team do with the pieces they have? Let them grow? Try to make some moves?
The current depth chart:
TJ Ford / ...

A quick note on CJ Watson - the team does really like him, as he's developing nicely. He was always able to score, which we all know Nellie loves, and now that he's showing he can penetrate, get to the basket, and shoot a little bit, that might be a nice option off the bench for the Dubs.
Too bad it's just Summer League. Not sure how ...

In talking to Nellie this week here in Vegas, it doesn't matter if Monta Ellis can play the point guard or not.
He's going to have to.
One of the things that is going to have to be accepted is that the Warriors don't have many other options. They like Carlos Arroyo, but he's too much of a pure point guard for the Warriors to ...

This argument is useless if the Warriors don't make the playoffs, but when you consider what the Warriors had to deal with this season, I do really believe Nellie should be a candidate for the Coach of the Year Award. The Warriors haven't gotten any recognition (even though they Baron should've been on the All-Star team), so if Nellie ...

An interesting thought .. Nellie's option has been picked up by the squad, but he still may choose to retire. He's got one major reason to come back: he has a shot at becoming the all-time winningest coach in NBA history. Oh, and there's still that whole championship thing.
It'll ...

Pau Gasol is set for a hero's welcome when he gets back to LA in a few weeks, but maybe Laker fans should consider giving that welcome to DJ Mbenga as well.
